*BR Chloe was the first horse we bred. From a wild brumby mare and a Clydesdale stallion, she looks like a mini-Clydesdale. Pony Club, Inter-school, novelties competitions and vaulting – Chloe has done it all. Chloe will be happy to chill with you, just remember that she’s not as young as she used to be.
Holly, the wise old grey mare, is Chloe’s half-sister. From a thoroughbred mare and a Clydesdale stallion, she is an experienced therapy horse. However, not a beginner’s ride.
*BR Rock Star, the handsome grey, is very quiet and unflappable. He has no idea about personal space and wants to be involved in everything, but he can be a bit big for his boots. He even bosses around his mother, Holly.
*BR Starlight, (Rock Star’s half-sister) is a beautiful, but nosey buckskin. Australian Riding Pony x Brumby, she will probably come to greet you, but she isn’t ridden due to an old leg injury.
*BR Duster, a bay Guy Fawkes Heritage Horse (NSW brumby) is an experienced Chaplaincy pony. Sweet and responsive, he just wants to be someone’s best friend.
*BR Ella is Chloe’s daughter. She can take a while to warm up to new people, but then loves some attention (and apples).
Chester, a 4year old brumby (reportedly) rescued from the doggers, is at this stage just watching on and learning. He’s still a bit weary of people, but he does like his treats (not carrots or apples).
*BR– Brumby Run is our stud prefix. BR denotes horses bred by us (at Brumby Run Outdoor Education – our old business name).
